Matt Reynolds is an internationally certified Mountain Guide. He lives in the mountains of Jasper National Park with his wife Tracy and daughter Linnaea. Matt is currently the Guiding Manager and Lead Guide for Cariboo Snowcat Skiing , part time instructor for Thompson Rivers University Adventure Studies program and the owner/operator of Matt Reynolds Mountain Guiding.

For more than 20 years, Matt has explored the mountains in and around his home, establishing over 100 pitches of new sport and multi pitch rock climbs. He has had the good fortune to record several first ascents of climbing routes and mountain peaks along the way.

Matt began his pursuit of a career in mountains in 1992.  In 1997, he began the ACMG training and certification process. Matt completed his full guiding certification in September 2009.
