I require all participants to read and sign a waiver of liability prior to each trip, please print and return the signed waiver.

If participants are under the age of 18 in Alberta or under the age of 19 in B.C., a parent or legal guardian and the participant must both sign the waiver.

Custodial groups:  Parks Canada requires custodial groups traveling in avalanche terrain within the National Parks to be accompanied by an ACMG guide.
